Appointments for a Marriage License are available AFTER you complete and submit the application.

Marriage license applications are accepted by appointment only.
The $50.00 application fee is due at the time of the appointment.

The marriage license must be obtained in the town where the ceremony takes place.
Attach a copy of your photo ID and your fiancé’s photo ID.

For legal name changes after marriage contact the SSA (Social Security Administration).

Appointments are scheduled by email. Please do not drop off the application in person. The next available appointment and our office scheduling hours will be provided once the completed application and photo ID from each person is received.
