Drivers with a valid Handicap Parking Permit, are exempt from the ON-STREET and SURFACE PARKING LOT parking meter fee and time restriction. Parking inside City owned Parking Garages still requires payment. Drivers must make sure the handicap permit is properly displayed and is valid.
