About Us

The Coalition is made up of health departments, non-profit agencies, healthcare providers, and individuals who represent and serve the local LGBTQ+ community. We began working together in 2022 in response to the mpox epidemic and have grown to include a wide range of health topics affecting the local community.

Mission

Improve the health and wellbeing of LGBTQ+ individuals in lower Fairfield County through collaboration, communication, education, resource sharing, and advocacy.

Vision

All members of the LGBTQ+ community in lower Fairfield County have the resources they need to be healthy and thrive.
