MyHomeCT Homeowner Grant Program
Up to $50,000 state grant to assist with mortgage payments, association fees, utilities, etc. for homeowners impacted by COVID.

The Below Market Rate (BMR) program is an initiative of the City of Stamford to achieve a diverse and balanced community with housing available for households of all income levels. Economic diversity fosters social and environmental conditions that protect and enhance the social fabric of the City and are beneficial to the health, safety and welfare of its residents and to the environmental quality and economy of the region.

Tenants seeking a BMR unit should contact the development leasing office of the property they are interested in for information and/or to determine the status of a waiting list. Contact information for each building participating in the program can be found in the below map or table.
