America Job Center Meet and Greet

This week I was thrilled to participate in a meet & greet organized by the American Job Center of Southwest Connecticut. Leadership and staff of many of our community nonprofits joined to share more about the work they are doing and to discuss the importance of workforce development and job training. I look forward to continuing to partner with these key stakeholders to ensure Stamford is a leader in providing skills and job training and resources to residents and employers seeking to recruit and hire.

Education and Sharing Day & Seder

Fun day with Stamford students! On Tuesday morning, I visited Chabad of Stamford to present a proclamation for Education and Sharing Day and celebrated a model Seder. I also visited Westover School and read to students in the ROSCCO after school program. It was wonderful to see the students together and engaged with what they were learning. Thank you to all the teachers at Chabad and Gan Yeladim and the ROSCCO program for all you do each day to enrich the lives of students in Stamford.
