Exciting News from the Mayor's Office

The Connecticut Child Tax Rebate is now accepting applications. Please click here to learn more and apply.
Mayor Simmons will host a Citizens Service Hub on the East Side, in collaboration with the East Side Partnership, on July 25^th from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Casa Villa (866 East Main Street).

Important Information for Stamford Residents
Stamford Cooling Center are open this week due to extreme heat, click here to view cooling centers, and here for prevention tips and how to stay cool.

Stamford households can order an additional 12 at-home COVID-19 test kits. Orders can be placed here.

Vaccination Sites

Friday, July 22^nd, 2022:

The vaccination site at Scalzi Park will be open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The Jackie Robinson Park site will be open from 11:30am to 2:30 pm. The Henry Street vaccination clinic is open from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. The Cove Island Park vaccine tent will be open from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Saturday, July 23^rd, 2022:

The vaccination site at Westover School will be open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Scalzi Park site will be open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The Jackie Robinson Park site will be open from 11:30am to 2:30 pm, and the Lione Park site will be open from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. The Cove Island vaccine tent will be open from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The West Beach site will be open from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.

Sunday, July 24^th, 2022:

The vaccination site at Jackie Robinson Park will be open from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. The Cove Island Park vaccine tent will be open from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. The West Beach Vaccine tent will be open from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. The Scalzi Park clinic will be open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Next week, 7/25– 7/28 vaccines are available at the following locations free without an appointment:

Accu Reference (689 Canal St) testing site will be open at the following times:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

If you are unable to leave your home or are uncomfortable traveling to a vaccine site, the Stamford Department of Health will bring the vaccine to you. Please call 203-977-4378 or 203-977-4369 to schedule your free in-home COVID-19 vaccine appointment.
