The Mayor’s Multicultural Council Announces STAMFORD DAY 2024, Sunday, June 2nd –Celebrating Stamford’s Founding in 1641 and its Diversity Today!

The Mayor’s Multicultural Council and Mill River Park Collaborative are pleased to announce Stamford Day 2024, a free, fun, family-friendly event celebrating the rich history and cultural diversity of Stamford through presentations, activities, art, music and dance to be held on Sunday, June2nd from 10:30am to 2:30pm in Mill River Park located at 1050 Washington Blvd., Stamford, CT (near the fountain). The outdoor event will feature family friendly activities including a history hunt in the park, coloring project to create a paper history quilt, raffles, art displays and music and dance performances.  The event will be held rain or shine. Please bring blankets or chairs. Free Parking is available at UCONN parking lot (1194 Washington Blvd).
